Gostava da maneira como ele a fazia se sentir. Gostava de ter percebido que ele a achava atraente, porém sem possuir nenhuma urgência ou desejo ansioso que os homens frequentemente demonstravam quando olhavam para ela. Pelo contrário, parecia feliz simplesmente pelo fato de estar ao lado dela, e, sem saber o motivo, era exatamente isso que precisava.
